About this quote
From Tesla's article "The Problem of Increasing Human Energy" in The Century Illustrated Monthly Magazine, June 1900. He is writing about what slows human progress, and he calls ignorance the largest of the "frictional" forces. The next sentence quotes Buddha: "Ignorance is the greatest evil in the world." The popular version leaves out the opening words "There can be no doubt that,".
